Don't necessarily blame the eater.
I've just read a short reading called "Don't Blame the Eater." The added "necessarily" in my title isn't by accident. See, the author describes how he was an obese teenager, but unlike most other obese teens, he lost his weight and got healthy. His argument was that in our time teens don't have a chance to be healthy with the way fast food is growing. Although I think he's definitely right to an extent, I don't agree with him when he says teens don't have a chance. I still think it's up to the person whether or not he or she decides to actually eat the high-carb, high-calorie food. As Americans, we want it here, now, and fast. That's where the "fast food" idea came from. I'm not sure if you can make good healthy food as fast as we expect it. I'm not a nutritionist, but that's just my opinion. I think there's always going to be something to complain about in life. My philosophy is to look on the bright side, and just make your life as best as you can possibly make it.
